RECEPTIONIST

WE INVITE YOU TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS TO THE RECEPTION DESK ON THE PENINSULA TRACK IN WLADYSLAWÓW

Kartpartner sp. Z o. O. Is looking for an ambitious and motivated person, willing to develop their experience as a Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive customer and reception service;

  • Active sale of goods and services;

  • Implementation of current tasks ordered by superiors;

  • Maintaining order at the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team and under time pressure;

  • Majority;

  • Secondary / vocational education;

  • English acqusition on the communicative level;

  • Work experience;

  • Computer proficiency (windows 10, office, google docs);

  • Handling a cash register, terminal and office equipment.

    Your personal data obtained in the course of the recruitment process will be processed:
    a) in order to carry out the recruitment process currently conducted by the Company - the legal basis is to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract; art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the general regulation on the protection of personal data No. 2016/679 (Regulation 2016/679), and to the extent to which you also provided optional data,
      - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679;
    b) in order to conduct future recruitment processes, in the event of consent - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679);
    c) in order to verify your qualifications and skills and to determine the terms of cooperation - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f) of Regulation 2016/679). The legitimate interest of the Company
      is the verification of job candidates and determining the conditions of possible cooperation with you;
    d) in order to establish or pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the Company - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f) of Regulation 2016/679),

    Personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Administrator in connection with the conduct of recruitment processes, such as recruitment agencies, as well as suppliers of IT systems and IT services. They will be processed until the end of the current recruitment process and selection of the candidate or candidates by the Company, and to the extent that the processing takes place on the basis of consent - until its withdrawal, and in the event of consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment, the data will be processed no longer than a year. The processing period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to establish or pursue any claims or to defend against such claims by the Company. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law. Each of the expressed consents can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. For evidence purposes, the Company asks you to withdraw your consent in writing or electronically. You have the right to: access the content of the data and request their rectification, deletion, processing restrictions and the right to transfer personal data and the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose set out in point c) above, for reasons related to a particular situation. For evidence purposes, the Association asks for an objection to be raised in writing or electronically. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of Regulation 2016/679. Providing personal data is required by the Company for the purposes of recruitment. The consequence of not providing this data is the inability to consider your candidacy in the recruitment process. In the scope of data not required by the Company, providing data is voluntary.
