I. Before entering the track, the Participants and their guardians should read the
the following regulations and accept them.
II. The participant ensures that he is not under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants,
medications and other measures that may affect the driver's response.
It also ensures that there are no other circumstances and no contraindications for this
participation in races, among others: pregnancy, back problems, problems
with pressure and heart, and other health problems that could negatively
influence the way you drive and your safety and that of other participants in the race,
III. The organizer may refuse to sell the ticket to the person in question
suspicion of failure to meet the conditions of these regulations, without carrying out
any tests and research.
IV. Participant taking part in a ride under the influence of the above-mentioned
the substance will be immediately removed from the track without the possibility of applying for a refund
money for the purchased ride,
V. Go-kart driving is meant to be fun and to get used to motorization.
VI. In the event that the Participant is a minor, it is required in writing
consent of the parent or guardian.
VII. In the area of the go-kart track, Participants should absolutely comply with
of these regulations, traffic lights and signaling flags, tips and
the orders of the organizer and staff, and compliance with the following rules
related to preparation for driving and the movement of vehicles:

1. Each race participant is obliged to have a Driver's Card
and a balaclava or your own helmet.
2. The minimum age of the participant is 7 years, the minimum height - 135 cm.
The minimum age of a tandem passenger - 3 years. Minimum age for a tandem driver -
16 years.
3. Remember to wear suitable riding shoes. Participants in flip-flops or
in other loose footwear they will not be allowed to ride.
4. Before entering the vehicle, secure any loose parts thoroughly
garments (scarves, scarves, blouses, etc.) that could be pulled on by
moving parts of the drive. This also applies to long hair that needs to be tied up.

5. Entering the track and pit-stop only with the instructor's consent.
6. The Participant is also obliged to: ride in a protective helmet, start after
signal, stop immediately after signaling end
driving, be especially careful when the signaling is turned on
warning, no driving in the opposite direction to that established by
organizer.
7. Participants are strictly forbidden to get out of the vehicles in time
the duration of the race.
8. In the event of a vehicle stoppage or its breakdown, signal must be given
this situation by raising your hands up. Assistance will be provided by the designated ones
track workers.
9. The participant acknowledges that in the rear right part of the go-kart next
the seat has a drive unit that needs special attention
attention due to the temperature it reaches and the ease of accidental
Burns.
10. It is forbidden to drive down the road for other participants. There is also a prohibition
offsetting other vehicles. In case of confirmation by the organizer
such events, he may interrupt the race or immobilize the vehicle.
11. Hold the steering wheel with both hands.
12. The ride takes place between blue lines and bands
defining the track. Driving over them is strictly prohibited.
13. The participant is obliged to inform the organizer about these
irregularities or breakdowns and damage.
14. The participant bears full civil and criminal liability for the resulting ones
personal and property damage caused by himself during the use of the track.
15. The organizer is not responsible for the consequences of accidents occurring in
the result of disregarding the points of the regulations, orders and operating instructions.
Moreover, the organizer is not obliged to provide a new vehicle in
damaged place.
16. Failure to comply with the regulations and recommendations of the operator may result in exclusion
participant from further driving.
17. The price list for admission and the duration of the ride is set by the organizer. in addition
the organizer decides the number of vehicles on the track, the order of driving and
time between starting groups, he also has the right at any time
stop the race without reimbursement of the entrance fee.
